The open house will take place during Little Canada’s Canadian Days celebration. Festival activities will be happening nearby throughout the weekend, and the 2026 parade route is planned to travel along Little Canada Road and other streets near Spooner Park.
A Weekend of Wellness and Community
Whether you are already part of the Healing Within community or are visiting us for the first time, this event is an opportunity to explore what wellness can look like when services, education, products, and practitioner guidance work together.

$20 Ion Footbath Sessions
Experience an ion footbath for only $20 per person during the open house.
Sessions will take place in a designated outdoor area. Space is limited, and guests are encouraged to reserve a session after arriving.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your feet and lower legs.
Sound Healing in the Garage
Step into our open garage space for an immersive sound-healing experience featuring instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational tools.
Short sessions will be offered at scheduled times throughout the weekend. Seating and floor space will be limited.
Energy-Healing Demonstrations
Learn more about energy-based wellness practices through short demonstrations and educational conversations with Healing Within practitioners.

Live Music and Opening Celebration
Start Canadian Days weekend with us on Friday evening.
A live band will perform at The Center while guests enjoy facility tours, wellness demonstrations, product samples, refreshments, games, and opportunities to meet the Healing Within team.

Sound Instrument Discovery
Try select drums, chimes, rain sticks, singing bowls, and other instruments with staff supervision.

Guess the number of electrolyte packets in the container for a chance to win a wellness prize.

Children can participate in coloring, affirmation-card creation, rhythm activities, and a wellness scavenger hunt with adult supervision.
