The Heat Room: Walk-In Infrared Sauna in Little Canada, MN

The Heat Room is Healing Within's walk-in infrared sauna in Little Canada, just minutes from St. Paul, Roseville and Vadnais Heights. Unlike a one-person cabinet, it is a full room of gentle, radiant warmth with space to sit, stretch and move, so it works for a quiet solo warm-up, a small group or an infrared yoga class.

What is the Heat Room?

The Heat Room is a walk-in room warmed by far infrared heaters. Infrared warms you more directly than the hot air of a traditional sauna, so the room feels comfortable at a lower air temperature while you still enjoy a deep, relaxing sweat. Many guests describe it as the coziest spot in the building during a Minnesota winter.

Because it is a true room rather than a single-person unit, there is space to sit, lie on a mat, stretch or move through gentle poses.

Ways to use the Heat Room

  • Solo or small-group infrared sauna sessions to unwind and recover.
  • Infrared yoga and stretching. The gentle warmth makes slow flows, mobility work and stretching feel inviting.
  • Contrast therapy: pair the heat with our cold plunge. See sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy.
  • Private rentals. Yoga instructors, wellness practitioners and small groups can rent the space for their own classes or sessions.
