UV Tanning Bed Sessions | Healing Within Wellness Center
A Private, Comfortable Tanning Experience
Enjoy a private UV tanning bed session in a clean, relaxing setting at Healing Within Wellness Center. Our tanning room offers a simple, convenient way for clients who choose to tan to maintain a bronzed appearance as part of their personal self-care routine.
Each appointment includes a private room, access to the tanning bed, protective eyewear, and guidance on selecting an appropriate session length based on your experience and skin sensitivity.
What to Expect
Your session is designed to be straightforward, private, and comfortable.
Before your first appointment, a team member will review the tanning bed, recommended timing, protective eyewear, and important safety information. You will have time to prepare in the private room before beginning your session.
For the best experience:
Arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotions, oils, perfumes, or makeup.
Remove jewelry before tanning.
Always wear the provided protective eyewear.
Follow the recommended session time and avoid overexposure.
Allow appropriate time between sessions based on your skin’s response and the tanning bed manufacturer’s guidelines.

Important Safety Information
UV tanning carries health risks and is not a medical or wellness treatment. The FDA states that UV exposure from tanning devices can contribute to skin burns, premature skin aging, eye damage, and skin cancer. The FDA also has not cleared or approved indoor tanning devices for producing vitamin D.
For your safety, this service is not recommended for anyone who is under 18, has a history of skin cancer, has unusually sensitive skin, is currently sunburned, or is taking medication that may increase sensitivity to UV light. Certain medications and skin-care products can increase photosensitivity, so consult your physician or pharmacist if you are unsure.
A tan does not protect skin from future sun damage or eliminate the need for sun protection outdoors.
