How much does a wellness membership cost near St. Paul?

What's included in the Bronze, Silver and Gold memberships?
Each tier includes a monthly set of services plus member discounts and priority booking. The Gold membership includes 2 Elevate, 3 Balance and 5 Refresh services each month, 10 reward points and 15% off products. Refresh services are shorter sessions such as far infrared sauna, Power Plate, red light therapy, ion footbath and AVACEN. What is the Unlimited Contrast & Recovery Membership?
For $99.95 per month, this membership gives you unlimited access to infrared sauna, cold plunge, Power Plate, the vitamin D tanning bed and VibraSonic. Is there an unlimited tanning membership in Little Canada?
Yes. Unlimited tanning is $70 per month at our Little Canada center, and vitamin D tanning bed access is also part of the Unlimited Contrast & Recovery Membership. If you have a skin condition or take light-sensitizing medications, check with your physician first.
Is a membership cheaper than paying per session?
For many regular guests, yes. If you visit a few times a month, a membership can lower your per-visit cost, and member discounts and priority booking add value. For example, contrast therapy is $40 per session, while unlimited contrast and recovery is $99.95 per month. Occasional visitors may prefer single sessions or our $100 Sample Therapy Package. Can I use my HSA for a wellness membership?
We accept HSA payments at Healing Within. Whether a specific membership or service counts as an eligible expense depends on IRS rules and your plan, and some plans require a Letter of Medical Necessity from your provider. Before you pay with HSA funds, please check with your plan administrator. Our front desk can provide receipts with service details to help with your records.
Can I share my membership or roll over unused sessions?
Sharing and rollover policies are covered in your membership terms, so please ask our front desk or see the terms before you sign up. We want you to understand exactly how your plan works, including what happens with unused services at the end of each month.
