Free Wellness Assessment in Little Canada, MN

A free wellness assessment is the easiest way to begin at Healing Within in Little Canada, MN, whether you join us in person or online from St. Paul, Roseville or anywhere in the Twin Cities. In 15 no-pressure minutes, we listen to your goals and help you discover a personalized plan from our many services, so you never have to guess where to start.

What is the wellness assessment?

It is a short, friendly conversation, normally $30 and currently free. We learn what you are hoping for (more calm, better recovery, a seasonal reset or simply feeling more like yourself) and suggest a protocol that fits your schedule and budget. It is also your first step in our 5-Phase Wellness Journey: Assess, Detox, Balance, Maintenance, Thrive.

Our team offers everything from mild hyperbaric sessions and sound baths to colon hydrotherapy and energy work, so a few minutes of guidance can save you time and money.

How it works

  1. Book online and choose virtual or in person.
  2. Share your goals, health history and any questions.
  3. Get suggestions tailored to you, from sauna and sound baths to energy work.
  4. Decide in your own time. There is no obligation to book anything.

Prefer to start online? The virtual option works well if you live farther from Little Canada or want to plan before you visit.

Bring any questions you have; there are no wrong ones.

Other ways to begin

  • Remote Body Code Discovery Assessment (free): a remote introduction to the Body Code, an energy-based practice for emotional and energetic well-being.
  • Understanding Blood Type Diet (30 or 60 minutes): an educational session on how blood type may relate to food preferences, with personalized suggestions and a tailored guide. Evidence for blood-type eating is limited, but it is an approach some guests find helpful in thinking about their habits.

What many guests notice

  • Relief at having a clear, simple place to start
  • Feeling heard rather than sold to
  • Confidence choosing services that match their goals

Some guests leave with a single service to try; others map out a seasonal plan or a membership.

Who it’s for (and who should check with a doctor first)

The assessment is for anyone new to the Center, returning after a break, or unsure which service fits. It is not a medical exam or diagnosis. Please keep your physician informed about your wellness plans, especially if you are pregnant, managing a health condition or taking medications.

Assessments are available to guests from Little Canada, St. Paul, Roseville, Shoreview, Maplewood and across the Twin Cities metro.
