The Total Detox Day Experience is our most complete full-day spa retreat in Little Canada, MN: about six unhurried hours of facial, body wrap, mild hyperbaric, warm foot soak and infrared sauna time, close to St. Paul and the whole east metro. It is designed as a deep pause, and many guests say it feels like a true reset for body and mind.
What is the Total Detox Day?
It is a curated sequence of our most-loved services in one visit, plus take-home support to help you carry the day forward:
- 60-minute holistic facial
- 75-minute body wrap with exfoliator
- 90-minute mild hyperbaric session in our soft chamber, the only wheelchair-accessible soft chamber in the Twin Cities
- 30-minute ion footbath
- 30-minute far infrared sauna
- 60-minute ear candling
- Take-home ASEA, Pro Vital C-LD and colon program support
How the day works
- Book ahead and plan for about six hours. We confirm your health history before the day.
- Arrive relaxed. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water; we guide you from one service to the next.
- Rest between services. The pace is gentle, with time to breathe and hydrate.
- Head home with your take-home kit and simple suggestions for the days ahead.

A note on two services: the ion footbath’s water color comes mostly from the electrodes, salt and minerals in the water, so we offer it as a warm, relaxing foot soak. Ear candling is a relaxation ritual only, and the FDA has cautioned against ear candles; let us know when booking if you would rather not include it.
